About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Fifty Cars website and to any enquiry you submit through it. By using the site you agree to them.
Enquiries are not agreements
Submitting your vehicle is an enquiry only. A fleet partnership begins only once a separate written management agreement is signed by both parties.
Vehicle ownership
Fifty Cars does not own vehicles. Managed vehicles remain registered in the owner's name, and owners remain responsible for lawful ownership of the asset.
Fees and payouts
We charge no monthly fees, no admin fees and no hidden costs. Payouts are made weekly in accordance with the signed management agreement. Advance payouts are discretionary and subject to policy.
Information accuracy
You agree that the owner and vehicle information you submit is accurate and complete. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent onboarding.
