Referral terms and conditions
Who can take part
Anyone over 18 with a valid South African bank account in their own name. There is no limit on how many owners you may refer.
The referral must be new
The referred owner and vehicle must not already be in our records or in an active enquiry with us. The first partner linked to the owner is credited.
One reward per vehicle
R1000 is paid once per vehicle that is successfully onboarded, not per owner and not per enquiry.
When the reward becomes payable
The vehicle must pass our assessment, the owner must sign a management agreement, and the vehicle must be active for one full week of e-hailing operation. Payment follows within seven working days of that week, once banking details are confirmed.
When no reward is due
No reward is payable if the vehicle is declined, if the owner withdraws, if the agreement is cancelled within the first week, or if the referral cannot be verified. Clicks and form submissions alone never create commission.
Honest referrals only
Referrals must be genuine. Misrepresenting Fifty Cars, promising earnings on our behalf, spamming, or submitting false owner details disqualifies the referral and may end your participation.
Affiliate and marketing conduct
You act independently and are not an employee, agent or representative of Fifty Cars. You may share our public content, but you may not run paid ads using our brand name, create accounts or pages in our name, or make claims we have not published.
Tax
Referral rewards are paid gross. You are responsible for declaring the income and for any tax due on it.
Changes
We may update or end the programme at any time. Referrals already qualifying at that point are still honoured. Questions can be sent to business@fiftycars.online.
